How can heart murmur and dizziness be treated?

I am a 42 old woman I was just diagnosed today with a heart murmur. I also feel dizzy many times throughout the day and both arms also fall asleep I can feel fast heartbeats specially at night in bed. Do you think I should go to the ER tonight or wait to see the cardiologist sometime next week?

If heart murmur present than it indicate underlying cardiac problem. Arrhythmia, heart failure et cetera needs to be ruled out. I will not advise for waiting.

Investigate with EKG and 2D electrocardiography for rule out underlying cardiac problem and according to cause specific treatment given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
