How Can Hearing Loss And Vertigo Be Treated?

I experienced right ear hearing loss and vertigo overnight two years ago. I still have those symptoms. Why am I experiencing these symptoms and what can I do?? My ENT doctor has performed all the tests including videostamography, MRI, scan, etc. and has given up trying to determine a diagnosis. Ted Hoff
