How Can Headache And Sore Throat Be Treated?

I came hom/e from a week long camping trip last night with a stuffed nose, headache and sore neck. I dismissed it as camping related (sleeping outside on the ground, one day of rain, etc) but woke all last night with a fever and sweating so badly the bed was drenched several times. I am exhausted today but again could be trip related. My neck is very sore, throat hurts and had a headache until I took an aleve. Any advise

it is trip related and you have developed viral infection .get throat examined byent specialist might have developed cervical spondilosys. control fever with tab paracetamol. maintain hydration take few days rest. can take vit c 500mg daily apply neck color use hard bed and avoid pillow at bed time.
