How Can Headache And Pain In The Buttocks Be Treated?

I fell on my buttocks when exercising a week ago. I hit the hard wood floor very hard. Hit my head as well. I did not lose consciousness. I still have mild pain in my head, but I have pain in the buttocks area particularly when I climb stairs. It’s not severe - more of a dull pain. Tylenol and Aleve help. Do you think if’s nerve or muscle injury? Is there anything to be done for that except for letting it heal on its own? How long does it usually take? I’m otherwise extremely healthy, about 15 pounds overweight

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It sounds that nothing is serious about you.pain after fall is common, they generally take some time.

Your concern about injury to the nerve or muscle is very right I can understand it, but what appears to me is that nothing much is there .nerve and muscle damage problem produces more severe pain and generally causes weakness.

If the pain is decreasing, I would advise continuing taking paracetamol for some more days it may take a weak or two. However, if any time the pain gets worse or u feel weakness or vomiting with a headache( I hope nothing much is going to happen), it's time then to see a doctor immediately.
