How Can Hard Stool Problems Be Treated For A Pregnant Lady?

I am taking two iron pills from doctor and I don t know if that is the reason my poop is stuck in my anus , my belly hurts I am 39 weeks pregnant and it hurts so bad I have to push my finder to try to get it out , what should I do to solve this issue,

Hi, I think you are having constipation because of iron tablets. Drink lot of water and take plenty of fruits and green vegetables. Take a glass of warm milk with isabgula husk at night. It will help you. You can also take some stool softeners like syrup lactulose at night.
