How can hand cramps with stiffness in the fingers be treated?

I continuously get cramps in my hands which render my fingers unable to move. I was once told that this is a condition related to the brain and though I can t recall the name, it starts with a D and the treatment was botox injections. What is this called

It may be due to De Quervain's tenosynovitis.

Consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
