How Can Hallucination Be Treated?

Hello . My husband had hallutination problem . 5 yrs back . Treatment was going on in mumbai. Again started the same problem . But my husband is not in mumbai now and he is not ready to come out of that place bcoz of afraid. As somebody wants slap him and etc etc . He is not eating and sleeping . Could you please suggest what to do

in my opinion he needs to undergo memory testing, physical examination

and even imaging of brain


after doing blood tests to make sure he is physically fine

like blood sugars, lipid levels ec g


it would be beneficial starting on antipsychotics like olanzapine and hike up the dose
