How Can Hair Loss Be Treated?

Hi I am 42 years old female who is diagnosed with subclavian hypothyroidism. I have been suffering from hypothyroid symptoms such as cold intolerance, irregular menstrual periods, hair loss, depression, low energy, and irregular heartbeat. My primary put me on 25mg of synthroid which is not helping me and I finally went to see an endo, he said i have beginning stage of hashiomotor thyroidtis ,but refused to do any blood work. He sent me back to my primary who do not wanted to increase my syntjroid dose or test for the hashimotor. My biggest thing is my hair fall. I don t know what to do.my blood test t3 and t4 is normal but my tsh level is 6.0.
