General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Give oral iron (farrium xt), folic acid. Change eating habits, use plentiful jaggery, bajra, pomegranate. As a last resort goes for iron injections and blood transfusion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
