Hi

During pregnancy your body carry extra weight. This can increase the load on your back.
Your back has a vertebral column composed of vertebra (bone discs) and cartilage (cushing discs that are found between the bone discs). The back nerves come out between every two bone discs. In your case the cushing discs are teared during your pregnancy due to the extra weight you had while you were pregnant. This lead to compression on the nerves and the pain you have.
Let me assure you that by using anti inflammatories you will be much better. You can consult your doctor to prescribe it to you.

Regards
