Hi good day. Can I ask. How can I heal my thyroid goiter? What are the foods and fruits that I should avoid?? And what are also the foods and fruits to be taken? I have thyroid goiter for long. Hope you could tell me what I need to do to cure my goiter. Thank you.

You need to consider having blood tests done to determine whether there is increased or decreased levels of hormone or whether the hormone levels are normal.
Treatment would depend on the changes in these hormone levels. There is no specific diet, unfortunately, for persons with a history of thyroid disease. The underlying cause needs to be determined.
