How Can Genital Warts Be Treated?

Hi Dr I was told I have GENITAL WARTS and got treated by catheterization but I still get burning little and irritation this.procedure was done in Novemberdoctor I still have spots on my penis that look like bumps but when I showed it to my physician he told me it is skin over the scar can you tell me if this general what should be a lifetime problem I would like to know if I can have sex life you have a family someday without passing the virus will this be a long time thank you

What you are talking about is Scar tissue from cauterisation of warts.
Cautery remove the warts, burn the underlying skin and produce Scar by healing.
These scars are noninfectious.
So you can have sex and family without fear of transmission to your partner.
