How Can Gallstones Be Treated?

I was told i have gallstones and will be going into surgery in a few weeks. right now im on a strict diet and all of the pain i felt before has gone away. im wondering if i am able to smoke marijuana or if it will aggravate my gallbladder and cause the pain to start up again.
