How Can Gall Bladder Stones Be Treated?

In 2011 I had my hipatic artery in my liver embolised as there was a slow leak in my liver for some time and eventually needed to be fixed by key hole surgery, lucky that saved my life Now I have a gall bladder full of gall stones. Can you let me know if they can be dissolved or go with change of diet and if I need surgery.
