General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

She can take Fluconazole once in a week for six weeks. It is secreted in breast milk but it is considered safe for baby. Fluconcazole is very much effective in disseminated fungal infection as in your case. Also apply antifungal ointments like Clotrimazole after cleaning the affected area with soap and water. Continue the ointment even after the lesions subsided, partial treatment can cause recurrence of the disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
