How Can Food Poisoning Be Treated?

I think my husband has food poisoning or noro. He ate at a buffet yesterday for lunch by himself and no one else in the family is sick. He started vomiting last night at around 10 and was up and down all night with vomiting and diarrhea. He hasn t vomited since this morning, but still has diarrhea and gas. He has been able to keep down some Gatorade and broth. Still has a stomach ache. I have been trying to get him to go to urgent care but he doesn t want to go. He said to ask someone online. So here I am. He had the shakes last night, but has just a low fever now. Is there anything they can really do for him at urgent care, or are they just going to tell him to stay hydrated? Thank you!
