How Can Flu Symptoms Including Bad Cough Be Treated?

Im a 58 year old female, I ve been feeling sick (flu symptoms) for the past 3 days. Although I had my flu shot in the beginning of January I m still sick. I have a bad cough and now I m feeling pain on my right rib area everytime I cough. I m taking rubitussin.

Flue usually gets fine by itself one just has to control the symptoms.

1) Anti histamin helps which you are already taking so continue taking it.
2) If you have nasal and sinus clogging steam inhalation will help you.
3) Take Alegra D this will relieve congestion and body aches which are usual symptoms with flu.
4) Avoid cold drinks and sour food.
5) Drink warm liquids like green tee coffee.

This is expected to gtt better in 7 -10 days so hang in there.
