How Can Flu Be Prevented?
I have a 6 year old home with the flu. being that the flu virus can be breathed in through the air via droplets, is the rest of us family doomed? we make sure we are not sharing hand towels, no physical contact with the other kids, but what about his parents (me)?

If it is the common flu, it is not going to be a problem for people around your kid. If it is something more sinister like H1N1 or swine flu, then you need to get your kid a face mask.
