I have a 3 year son who started running a fever last night. He has had nothing to eat and very little (almost nil) to drink in the last 30 hours. Today he is still very feverish and his skin/lips/eyes are very red. I have given him Tylenol but it seems to be doing nothing to bring the fever down. The highest I have recorded it is at 102.3 just a few hours ago. Should I be getting him looked? I am very concerned about dehydration.
