How Can Fever Be Treated?
I started fever from wednesday.i have severe cold also.so took paracetamol and amoxicilin from wednesday.but fever was not coming down.so as per one of my friend a radiologist i started taking paracetamol.flexon and mox.today mox is going to get complete.cold got less.but fever is in between comes back.so i wanted to ask.what to do to control fever?today mox will get complete.should i continue mox and should i take dolo instead of paracetamol?

For fever paracetamol 500 mg SOS, can be taken
Cold sponging also beneficial
But here cause has to be searched for if fever not coming down...
Your work up done as follow....
_Auscultation
_CBC
_chest x ray
_throat swab if needed
According to report further work up planned
Drink more water
Avoid excess spicy foods
Decongestant tablet can be taken
Take care
Consult physician or pulmonologoist for examination and discuss your case
