Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Having lymphoma which weakens our immune symptoms; such symptoms should never be ignored, this may be viral but bacterial infections are not uncommon and can be really serious. So do not waste time we need to control and treat infection very effectively, and very early or it can be serious. The nasal bleed is also an alarm symptoms .So more delay to see your doc.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
