How Can Fever Along With Cough And Chest Pain Be Treated?

I am 23 year old female. Sunday night I started having a fever. Then the fever turned into feeling light headed and then nauseous and then I started to get a very loud barking cough. The fever is gone the nausea is gone but I have a loud barking cough. I am also starting to feel congested in the nose area/face. When I opened up my mouth I have red lines in the back of my throat. The cough hurts so bad I can feel it all the way in my chest is loud barking cough very painful

there could be a some infection
u take augmentin for 3 days and
cetrizine
take para for fever and emeset for vomiting
if fever persists more than two more you should blood tests to rule out infection
