I m having trouble pushing stool , they come out in bits and pieces wrapped in mucus , sometimes I push and push and just mucus will come out . Also under my upper left breast sometimes gets bigger where the bottom of my ribs are ,I guess you d call that left abdomen like swollen. And my right lymphnode is swollen and hasn t gone down for a couple days but I m not sick. What does this mean?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are lymph nodes in different areas of the body-- the neck, the armpits, the elbow region and the groin-- these are the areas that are more commonly checked.

Enlargement can occur with any trauma, infection, rash, , allergy or less commonly cancer in the area.
The exact area of the enlarged node was not stated but you can monitor it for any changes.

The abdomen can be assessed to determine the cause of the enlargement. Most commonly it is due to bloating but other causes can be ruled out. Abdominal assessment is also needed for the constipation.

A stool sample be sent to the lab.

I hope this helps
