Hello

Dear patient no need to worry your having simple problems..

Your alcoholic?? Or not??

If you are a alcoholic it is called alcoholic fatty liver disease..

Alcoholic fatty liver :

Do you know if you quit the alcohol liver may recover as early as possible (
NAFLD

If you are not a alcoholic then it is called NAFLD (non alcoholic fatty liver disease) with elevated liver enzymes NASH (non alcoholic steato hepatitis)

For this condition caused by

Obesity, high cholesterol, sedentary life style, high fatty diet

Some times hepatitis c infection, Wilson's disease also cause this.. This condition take more time to recover..
Treatment :regular exercise, low fat diet, wait reduction, taking of more omega 3fatty acids, fish oils, vit e along with above medicine useful.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor
