General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the condition sounds to be drug-resistant salmonella infection.

In my clinic, I recommend a blood culture and hospital treatment in terms of intravenous antibiotics, supportive intravenous fluids, multivitamin injections to boost the recovery faster.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
