How Can Fatigue And Body Tremors Be Treated?

I recently had a stroke in my left eye and after finding that out I have had some several anxiety attacks over a course of a week. Now they are gone, but I feel week and tired and have the shakes in the inside. I just don t feel well. I also was dehydrated and in a 10 day period of time I hardly ate.

without proper diet and water how will your machine work
Dear have proper meals, enough water, medication for preventing stroke and enjoy life.
