How Can Eye Proptosis Be Treated?

I am a male 59 wearing glasses for 52 years. My right eye is being pushed forward but I have no pain or pressure. I am in good health blood pressure 120/80 and taking no medication and not a smoker. I am scheduled to see a Ophthalmologist Friday. Any ideas? Thanks

all other test are normal. may be you are having proptosis in effected eye. you are meeting ophthalmologist on Friday. you may do thyroid function test.after his examination iwill be diagnosed.
