How Can Eye And Head Pain Be Relieved?

Female, 25 years old, 5 ft 4, 10 stone. Medical history: Asthma and Endometriosis. I have tightness in the top of my nose making me want to sniff and a lot of tension under my eyes causing me to blink frequently and hard. I have previously had problem with dry eyes but using eye drops isnt relieving this as it feels more muscular. I have blinked so much my eyes hurt as does my head. What can relieve this?

treat all the diseases asdvised.for dry eye get astriptest to know tear secretion deficiency or normal. use refresh tear eye drop 3times daily. blinking and sensation on tip of nose is psychological. try to control it.
