I m trying to loose weight and have been told if I drink herb teas/water with a slice of lemon/ in the am only - then have a fairly huge meal at lunch and a fairly heavy meal at dinner my metabolism should speed up and I should see results. Personally I do not feel this is sustainable - I know me! any suggestions?
Take less carbohydrates in your meals with herbal tea before the meals,,no need to the lemon,,produce more exercise and you will see the results by your self
