Hi, my boyfriend has been suffering from a spermocell cyst for over 5 years and since then he s not able to hold an erection. He s had several test done and no one is giving him a solution. He wants to have the cyst aspirated do you think that will hep?

-RBS for diabetes
-Obesity by BMI
-prostate palpation and USG
-Blood pressure measurement for hypertension
-Serum cholesterol level
-Smoking history
-Drug history
-stress history
-EKG for heart problem etc...
According to cause specific treatment given
