Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With advancing age, erection can become weaker. Moreover, you are having diabetes which can lead to erectile dysfunction.

Also, check your blood pressure and cholesterol level. With medication, these need to be treated especially diabetes.

If all parameters are normal and no improvement, then the doctor can prescribe you Sildenafil drug for erectile dysfunction.

Avoid stress and smoking, and consult physician for examination and get prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
