What Would Cause Erectile Dysfunction And Premature Ejaculation Despite Taking Nano Leo And Duro Plus?

I am a male 41 yeras. married for lst 11 years and having a kid of 9 yeras old. in my teen i used to masturbate a lot daily once sometimes twice. before marriage i and my wife has enjoyed sex a lot . after mrg and after born of our child our sex is very limited sometimes once in 15 days or once in a month . now i am not able to get proper erection .sometimes it s zero and sometimes it s half erect. even if i get erection i used to ejaculate within few mins. in between i had tried manforce 50 & after that manforce100. sometime it works sometimes it does not. i had consulted a sexlogist on line in practo app . he advised me to take NANO LEO tabelt twice daily after food and duroplus tablet half an hour before meal and have sex two hours after that twice a week. i am following this for last 1 month but results are not that satisfactory. i did not smoke dont hv diabetics , drinks occasionally once in 6 months . i want to have proper diagnosis and advice medication

You are having psychogenic ED which means cause is functional only. If you are having sufficient hardness during sleep i.e. Nocturnal tumescence other causes are ruled out. Treatment is easy and effective. Couple counselling are very effective. Few blood tests also required like thyroid lipid profiles and blood sugar levels. Mild exercises yoga and relaxation exercises will help to reduce the stress and depression. Tablet Tadalafil with Dapoxetine is sufficient to cure your problem. But proper body assessment is required before starting treatment.
