Hi dear
Welcome to HCM
read your prob , do not worry. more then 2.5cm size of penis considered in normal have loss of libido, loss of sexual desire nswing of mood. first you have to rule out the cause of it as many siease like diabetes, thyroid dysfunction it happened.
you should consult with psychiatrist as well as uro surgeon. along with it you should start tab stemin-s ( ayurvedic drug ) it will help you to comes out from this prob.

Hi Liyakath, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.

I Would like to know few things here so that I can suggest you better:

1.) Since how long are you experiencing this?
2.) Do you Masturbate?
3.) What is your Height and weight?

Your History suggests you have Erectile Dysfunction and there are various causes to it. You should be getting yourself examined by a Urologist so that he can do a Physical examination and rule out the exact cause. He may do a Blood Work up, Urinalysis, Ultrasound scan if necessary.

Your problem could also be due to psychological causes and it also has to be ruled out. The real cause will be known once you are married. Your treating Doctor will guide you better.

In addition to this follow these lifestyle changes:

1.) Avoid stress
2.) Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
3.) Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight.
4.) Avoid smoking and Alcoholism
5.) Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.
6.) Practice relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation

Wish you Good Health.
