How Can Epileptic Attacks Be Treated?

Hi doctor from past 13 years I am suffering from fits and from few years I didn t got any attack from fits and also I am taking tablets eptoin 100mg morning 1 dose and at night time I will eptoin 100mg one and a half and gardenal 60mg two dose. What s the solution for this doctor??
