How Can Epididymis Hardness, Swelling With Pain Be Treated?

Hi im quit concerned about some things down below and feel as if i have a few problems. I masturbate almost everyday which has now become a habit and about 5/6 months ago my right Testicle's epididymis had swollen. I'v been to my Dr twice and he says it's just to do with growing up (I'm 14/15) but im not convinced and i thought it would just go away and it still didn't but always had the erg to masturbate and did and sometimes after i do it my lower right side of my back where i have scaring from an accident gets sore, the tube that leads from your epididymis onward to the shaft and the right tube is an aching pain near belly button area. My testicle if I don't masturbate for a while eventually goes the same size as the left testicle but the epididymis is hard and the left one is soft and mushy. PLEASE give me some advice cause im really scared. thanks P.S i am 14/15 male

Hi,dear thanks for the query to my HCM virtual online clinic.My diagnosis-its the post-traumatic epidydimitis of rt testes.Cause is due to repeated masturbation and or UTI-associated which needs to be tested.Treatmenit-a-Consultation with Surgeon, b-Tb NSAIDs , c-Antibiotics under his advise.d-Scrotal support till recovery over a weeks time.So dont get scared and Stop frequent Masturbation.Dont worry and act fast.This would solve your worrysome query.Hope this would solve your query.Wellcome to my HCM clinic once again.Have a Good Day.
