hlo sir my mom is suffering from spleen enlargement from 5 6 year treatment is going on she is taking alopathic treatment and medicine but from last 3 month she is getting inner fever and lots of pain in spleen please suggest for the good treatment we fails from everywhere

exclude malaria reason of hepato splenomegaly be excluded. test for liver pulpability mononucleosis cirrhosis of liver or juvenile rheumatoid arthritis can be other causes.malaria should be excluded
