How Can Elevated Liver Enzymes Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, sgot 41 sgpt 103 total bilirubin 2.21 platelet 1.01 please suggest the diet I should follow. I am currently taking liv52 syrup, a2z multivitamin medicine and paracetamol as per doctors prescription. please let me know any other thing to be followed

Hello,

I can understand your concern about your elevated liver enzymes. You need to continue multivitamins, green leafy vegetables, reduce Trans-fats from your diet and get used to moderate exercise. If you drink, you need to avoid it or reduce the frequency.

The main issue is what the cause behind your elevated liver enzymes is, get a liver serology test done, and know the status of any type of hepatitis or other systemic disease. This is more important to any other remedy.
