General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You can go for dietary modifications and physical exercises like swimming. Avoid fat and oily foods. You can gradually taper the statin dose.
Abrupt stopping is not recommended and can lead to potential side effects.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
