Hello,

Your headache in this case is due to your blood pressure and it take to go away.

Some advice I can give in this case is:
-Do not take any coffee or tea when your blood pressure is high.
-Avoid taking Paracetamol or Ibuprofen drugs because they increase your blood pressure.
-You can take a glass of water with lemon as it may help

I think you should monitor frequently your blood pressure and then take an appointment with your doctor for regular treatment.

Try to lie down and relax and if your blood pressure increases. You should ask for help from your doctor to prescribe medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Elona Dashi
