How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated?

I have high blood Pressure . It under control.. I drink red wine. I drank alot over the holiday and then had a about 3-4 glasses thursday. I notice my blood pressure is about 129=83 -90 which is high. Its not going back down like it does.. should i have a glass of wine ad wien my self or just keep Drink water and cranberry Juice till it drops

it's good to find that you are so concerned of health.
the readings are quite normal as off now, however this should be maintained.
moreover please have a control over the wine.a peg per day can be continued and quite normal.
however other fruits, veggies,with plenty of water and rest are mandatory.
do get a routine blood check up done regularly.
