How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Be Treated?

I am a 21-year-old and by chance, I just checked my blood pressure and my pressure was around 150 so I decided to check it everyday. For the next few days, my pressure was above 135 in the night except in the morning which went up to 130. I need to know if its normal or should I consult a doctor immediately? Also, I smoke once in a while but not a chain smoker and I have been hitting the gym for few weeks.

Blood pressure range as you have written for your age is definitely not normal.. You need salt restricted diet.. You can continue going gym..
if possible try few relaxing techniques..
consult Doctor.. to rule out other pathological conditions .. you might need renal Doppler..
