How Can Edema In The Feet Be Treated?

Hi! I have edema in both of my feet that i get from having achellies tendonitis. Today i noticed an indention above my ankle on the interior side. Dont know what the cause is. It doesnt hurt to walk. Its only painful when pressed on and It wont seem to go away. Do you have any idea what it is or caises it? And what i can do to prevent it?

Dear how old are you??Have you on any drugs? What is your occupation??

Possible causes are

1 Heart failure
2.Anemia
3.Liver cell failure
4.kidney disease
5.Hypo proteinemia
6.Drugs
7.physiologicalin bed ridden patients
8.Dependent edema long standing in old age.

Dear still so many causes for it so you need evaluation for edema. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
