How Can Eczema Be Treated?

My adult son suffers from eczema, won t see a Dr and says the changing of the seasons being it on. I believe it is from stress as I have my own prescription for my anxiety syptoms. His body is being scarred from the breakouts, how can I get him to understand he needs help!

Eczema can be treated as:
1) Apply lacto calamine lotion
2) He can take tablet Avil after consultation
3) Avoid allergens
4) Maintain proper hygiene
5) Wear loose dress
