How Can Ear Pain And Severe Headaches Be Treated?

I have had earaches and joint pain mostly in my right ear for about 5 months. Today as I was eating raw carrots, I could hear a metal sound when I was chewing. I also have severe headaches. This usually occurs when I get up in the mornings, but after taking pain medication it eases a bit. I have been under a lot of stress lately and wonder if this could be the problem.

Hi,

Could it be a vasculitis as they also cause clicking symptoms in the jaw. You should get a physician check up and a panel of blood tests including ESR done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
