How Can Ear Clogging In The Heat Be Prevented?
I m a 16, 6ft tall, weigh 140Ib and been playing soccer in hot weather(Florida) my whole life. This weekend I had a soccer tournament and during one of the games(Played alot) I became very tired and my ears got clogged. I simply ignored it. Then 7 days later I played soccer again in hot weather for 40 mins non stop and my ears began to clog again. I didn t have any water that day while playing. Is this something I should be worried about? What can i do to prevent it?

Hi,
Drink more water, fluids, glucose drinks. Chew chewing gum in between games. Keep on swallowing movements. Your ear won't get clogged with these.
