Hi i have SEVERE dry eye. even night ointments are not working. if i put saline in or another type of liquid eye drop to moisten the eye within five minutes the eye is completely dried out again making it close to impossible to even blink. I am only 47 years old. Not sure if this is normal at my age. They eye doctor said the ducts are not damaged nor noticing any noticeable damage in the testing. I take Lorezapam once a day. I have been on and off of it for a few years but only recently noticed the dry eye. Does this drug create dry eye? Any thoughts. Sleepless in NJ.
