How Can Dizziness That Increases While Lying Down After Riding The Roller Coaster Be Treated?

My 15 year old daughter has been riding high speed roller coasters all day today. It has been about 3 hours since her last ride. She is complaining of dizziness that will not go away. She can’t sleep. It gets a lot worse when she lays down and closes her eyes. What should I do? And what would cause this?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Take care full while riding on high risk activities like driving, climbing or playing etc. Use Cyclizine, Promethazine or Diphenhydramine one hour before high risk activity.Use to learn balancing techniques. Also check BPPV, viral vestibular neurinitis etc. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
