How Can Diverticulitis And Lower Backache Be Treated?

I have Diverticulitis and been on medication for a month and now I m having lots of lower back pain on my right side where your kidneys are and i also had bright red blood when I had a Bowl movement not a lot off blood but can;t get the pain to stop in my lower back
