How Can Difficulty In Standing Due To Arthritis Be Treated?
I have trouble getting up from a seated position. I had my knees x-rayed and doctor said that I have very little arthritis but said to take Advil and to exercise . I am taking Omega Xl for two days now and it is too early to tell. What is your recommendation ?
How old are you? Arthritis may be associated with aging process. Cartilage in the joint may go degeneration lead to arthritis.
Please check how severe it is by X-ray of knee joint. Take tablet Glucosamine, Diacerein and Chondroitin sulfate. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
