How Can Diarrhea In An Infant Be Treated?

Hi My baby is 8 months old he is suffering from loose motion from last week his Dr. Prescribed oflomac m but der is no improvement he is getting loose motion yet now I asked his Dr. He suggested continue oflomac m for more 4 days I don t understand what should I do. Should I change the Dr. Please help

Hello,

I think you need to try medication because sometimes it takes some time for the body to act on the medication given.

If you are so much concerned and if diarrhea is becoming worse, then you can get higher antibiotics and treat your child. Get a prescription for the higher antibiotics from the same doctor rather than changing doctors often.
